What's in the Distribution

SQLite is widely embedded in .NET applications, yet most teams ship native SQLite binaries they did not build, did not sign, and cannot fully explain during a security review. The SourceGear SQLite Distribution for .NET replaces this uncertainty with signed, verifiable builds and complete provenance for every release.

Delivered as NuGet Packages

The SourceGear SQLite Distribution is delivered as non-expiring NuGet packages, providing consistent, cross-platform SQLite builds for .NET applications. Each package includes precompiled native libraries, aligned with official SQLite releases and designed to work seamlessly with SQLitePCLRaw and System.Data.SQLite. Packages are available for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android.
Cross-platform SQLite runtime for .NET
SourceGear.sqlite3
A standard SQLite runtime for .NET applications, with cross-platform native binaries aligned to official SQLite releases.

Designed to work seamlessly with SQLitePCLRaw and System.Data.SQLite.

dotnet add package SourceGear.sqlite3

Installed via the nuget.sourcegear.com managed feed (authentication required).
Encrypted for secure applications
SourceGear.SEE
SQLite compiled with the official SQLite Encryption Extension (SEE) for transparent database encryption. Provides the same cross-platform runtime as SourceGear.sqlite3 while enabling secure storage for sensitive data.

Requires a valid SEE license from sqlite.org.

dotnet add package SourceGear.SEE

Installed via the nuget.sourcegear.com managed feed (authentication required).

In addition to the two primary packages above, we also offer: SourceGear.sqlite3.ext and SourceGear.SEE.ext. Both include additional SQLite extensions such as compress, zipfile, sha1, shathree, totype, regexp, vtshim, and percentile. This is the set of extensions which has commonly been included with System.Data.SQLite, the ADO.NET wrapper maintained by the SQLite core team.

Package versioning: The first three numbers match the SQLite version used to build the package. A fourth number, when present, indicates SourceGear packaging-specific updates.

Choose your Distribution Plan
